Madgaon Express Movie Introduction
In his first directing role, actor Kunal Khemu wrote and directed the 2024 Hindi comedy film “Madgaon Express.” Under Excel Entertainment, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani produced it. Starring in the film are Pratik Gandhi, Avinash Tiwary, Nora Fatehi, Upendra Limaye, Chhaya Kadam, and Divyenndu. The film debuted on March 22, 2024, in theatres. The movie earned ₹48 crore globally and received positive reviews from reviewers.

Madgaon Express Movie Storyline
In 1998, three Mumbai friends—Dhanush (Dodo), Pratik (Pinku), and Ayush—dreamed of a Goa travel after their 10th-grade exams, but their parents prohibited it. In 2003, after graduation, they conceived the trip again, but their car crashed, delaying it once more.
Years after, Pinku moves to Cape Town and Ayush to New York, finding success, while Dodo works at a job. To keep up impressions, Dodo makes fake social media posts showing a lavish life. In 2015, when Pinku and Ayush plan to visit Mumbai, Dodo panics and suggests they finally take the Goa trip, reserving train tickets under the front of memories.
Before boarding, Pinku’s bag is changed with one containing money, drugs, and a gun. They argue but take the bag. In Goa, they party hard, and Ayush is ashamed of fooling his online girlfriend, Nisha. Dodo admits he kept the cash and hotel key. They find cocaine in the hotel room but soon cross ways with gangsters, Kanchan Kombdi and Mendoza Bhai, competitors in the drug trade.
After a series of close calls and difficult encounters, the companions try to flee but get caught up in a showdown involving Mendoza, Kanchan, and the police. With the help of secret cop Danny, they run the circus.
Before Ayush leaves for New York, Dodo admits he was acting to be Nisha online. Though bitter, Ayush forgives him. A year later, Pinku and his girlfriend Mariam are engaged, Dodo wins the lottery, and Ayush reconnects with a girl named Tasha. Now rich, Dodo suggests they all visit Las Vegas.
